Overseeing Newbuildings

Whether a unique or series production vessel, regular overseeing of the project should be considered.  Oversight supported by formal reports recording each attendance are likely to enhance a vessel’s subsequent value.

Examine the vessel periodically to report on progress and identify any issues requiring rectification to conform to the agreed specifications and standards

Provide independent advice focused solely on the client’s needs

Liaise with Flag State,  Classification Society, Lawyers, Captain/Crew and Builder

Confirm whether stage payments are due when claimed

Oversee dock and sea trials including stability testing

Assist with identifying and resolving Warranty issues
